Play On Words Therapy Solutions was established in 2020 with a commitment to help children and families affected by communication, developmental & learning challenges. We achieve our vision using evidence-based treatment, our dynamic team, and innovative approaches. Our therapists will plan, prepare, and implement instructional activities and specially designed curricula that contribute to a climate where our children are actively engaged in meaningful learning experiences.
We are currently hiring for:
Part-time and full-time positions - delivering services to children of all ages (and their families) in homes, private schools, daycares, and preschools.

Positions available throughout Hillsborough, Pasco, and Polk Counties.

REQUIREMENTS
-
Must love pediatrics!
-
Current Florida DOH license
-
Master's level, fully licensed SLPs. Clinical Fellows will be considered.
-
EMR experience is a plus
-
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
-
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-
A team player with a collaborative nature
-
Local travel for onsite therapy appointments

All successful candidates will be required to meet our pre-employment background screening requirements
RESPONSIBILITIES
-
Provide direct services and parent coaching for children of all ages
-
Complete evaluations to diagnose and treat a variety of speech and language disorders
-
Create meaningful treatment plans to maximize client progress
-
Provide therapy services to pediatric patients focusing on learning through play
-
Provide parent coaching and training
-
Provide home programming suggestions to parents

Complete daily documentation of therapy services using EMR software
